Integrated Tactical Planning – Virtual Workshop

Integrated Tactical Planning – Virtual Workshop

Workshop overview

Integrated Tactical Planning is about making plans happen. That means getting the right people to turn the aggregate level IBP plans into a detailed level execution plan, enabling your business to identify and manage changes within the execution window.

What is this workshop about?

Even if businesses have a good Integrated Business Planning process in place, there is typically fire-fighting taking place in the short term. As a result, businesses fail to realize IBP’s full benefits or deliver the projected results. Although IBP should encourage senior managers to focus on months four and beyond, the reality is that unless you have robust processes dealing with the short-term, this just doesn’t happen. The results of a successful deployment of Integrated Tactical Planning will define a way of executing the IBP plan whilst managing and communicating changes that inevitably happen. The outcome is more time for senior managers to spend on strategy and the longer-term horizon.

Our two-day interactive workshop focuses on the daily and weekly processes needed to execute plans across all the core processes; product, demand, and supply working hand in hand with the support functions required to turn plans into reality.
