LogiMed

LogiMed

16 October 2019 - 17 October 2019

You’ll find us at the LogiMed event in October at stand 15. We’re excited to announce that on day 1 at 12:45 we have a client presentation from Zimmer Biomet on their journey to building true end to end business integration:

Adrian Furey, VP, Global Supply Chain & Logistics at Zimmer Biomet will describe how developing true integration across the end to end supply chain and across the entire business structures, requires a logical step by step approach of building capability in a defined sequence. Hence it is a journey and as such, it is important to be able to extract the optimum value for the business at each step. Adrian will talk to the role of manufacturing excellence, the role of technology, enablers of end to end integration and the challenges associated with developing the right culture and behaviours as well as processes.

Following this presentation, Andy Walker will be hosting an interactive workshop on the importance of Integrated Business Planning to enable End to End Supply Chain Planning.
