Paul has over 20 years experience in operational and general management gained across UK, Europe and worldwide organisations. Having successfully completed two Class A implementations in industry and instigated numerous change management processes, Paul continues to support highly successful Business Improvement for Oliver Wight clients.

As an Oliver Wight Partner, Paul has worked on facilitating step-change improvement on a truly global scale.
