Workshop Programme

With this in mind, we have introduced a brand new structure to our workshop programme for 2012.

Our suite of education workshops is categorised under the two headings of Integrated Business Planning and Supply Chain Optimization. Integrated Business Planning workshops focus on overall business performance integration and improvement, whilst Supply Chain Optimization accounts for consumers, customers and suppliers as well as internal operations, taking you on a journey from supply chain performance benchmarking to full supply chain optimization. We have also introduced some exciting new workshops, including Integrated Business Optimization and a workshop on the principles and benefits of Supply Chain Optimization.

The workshop programme is directly aligned to the Oliver Wight Class A Business Excellence Checklist, and provides a logical flow of education that supports the Oliver Wight Proven Path to improving business performance. This means you can be sure your improvement programme is not only tailored to your organisation and business objectives but that also it provides a well-defined route towards superior business performance and industry best practice.
