Andrew works with an extensive client base and has achieved Class A successes within the Pilkington, Ciba and British Aluminium groups. His other clients include BAE Systems, Glaxo Wellcome, Caterpillar, Motorola, Peter Black Toiletries, Novartis and Norton Healthcare.

Paul Archer

Paul Archer has 20 years experience in Operational and General Management gained at various UK and European locations. He has completed two successful Class A implementations, firstly as a Manufacturing Manager and Project Team Member and latterly as a General Manager and Project Sponsor. Paul held various senior positions within the Luxfer Group (formally ALCAN) before becoming an Oliver Wight Associate.

Prior to joining Oliver Wight as an Associate Les was Head of Operations for Ilmor Engineering Ltd who design and manufacture the Mercedes Benz Formula engines. He implemented MRPII whilst simultaneously working across the business on implementing lean manufacturing. Les's background is one where high performance in operations is a must that adds to the competitive advantage seen in the product.

Stewart Kelly has over fifteen years experience in Supply Chain Management gained at UK, European and US locations and has lead a number of highly successful Class A implementations.

Prior to joining Oliver Wight, Stewart was Global Supply Chain Director for Flexsys, manufacturers of chemicals for the rubber industry, where he was responsible for Customer Services, Planning & Control and Logistics.

As an Oliver Wight associate, Debbie sees her role as bringing her experience to business professionals to ensure optimal integration between sales and marketing and the entire supply chain.

Jean-Pierre Fauverghe

Jean-Pierre Fauverghe

Jean-Pierre worked at SNR Roulements (a subsidiary of Renault) for more than 20 years where he held various positions in IT, Sales and Marketing, Production and was member of their Board of Directors for 10 years. He also successfully led this company and its 5 factories into Oliver Wight Class A projects.

Jean-Pierre has achieved an important training and consulting activity and is a Certified Fellow in Production and Inventory Management (CFPIM) as well as Certified in Resources Management (CIRM) by the Educational Society for Resource Management (APICS). He is also Accredited Purchasing Practitioner (APP) by the Institute for Supply Management (ISM, formely NAPM).

Liam has worked in manufacturing industry since 1970 in the fields of healthcare, clothing, hosiery, greeting card and mining. As Managing Director, he also helped build a manufacturing services company from start up to a successful plc in three years.

Kevin Herbert was formerly Director of Supply Chain Management - Logistics for the Europe, Africa and Middle East Region of Eastman Kodak Company. Kevin's scope of responsibility included purchasing, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution, customer service, and sales and marketing. As the internal change agent on supply chain programmes, Kevin has worked with all levels of management across more than thirty countries.

He provides professional guidance to companies seeking to improve their competitiveness and profitability through the use of fully integrated planning techniques. In addition he specifically advises on the implementation of People and Change Programmes.

Peter has thirty years experience in industry. Before joining Oliver Wight, he was a member of the Board of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars for twelve years.

Anne Marie has over 15 years experience in industry, working in senior positions in Supply Chain and Business Management in Europe and the USA. Prior to joining Oliver Wight, Anne Marie played key roles in the successful implementation of Class A, Lean and S&OP.

As an Oliver Wight Associate, Anne Marie sees her role as supporting companies on their journey to excellence by engaging Senior Management and building in-house expertise across a wide range of employees through education and coaching.

Barry Linger

Barry Linger assists client companies to achieve world class levels of performance through the practical implementation of established management processes whilst fully understanding the challenges of managing system and cultural/behaviour changes. Barry has more than twenty five years experience in industry, most recently as Operations Manager for Domino UK Ltd, responsible for the complete supply chain in Domino's two UK manufacturing plants.

Dave Manning

Dave Manning

Dave Manning's experience in developing and implementing business systems started with British Steel as part of the company's manufacturing systems development team. He later joined the management team of Rolls Royce Motor Cars.

He now focuses on the implementation of change through strategic alignment of the integrated business management process. Extended Supply Chain Management and Global Sales and Operations Planning are the particular expertise of Dave.

Flavio Pietrocola has held for more than twenty years senior managerial positions in private and multi-national businesses such as Athlone Mfg. Ltd (EIRE), Bayer Hispania Comercial, LIG Intl. PLC and SSL Intl. PLC spanning the full organisational skills range from manufacturing, to logistics and sales/marketing/distribution in a variety of EU countries.

He was responsible in 2000 for achieving Class A Planning and Control in LIG's Spanish European Mfg. Site, and implementing the same project in SSL Healthcare Brands Iberia, a purely commercial operation, in his last General Manager's position before Oliver Wight. Flavio has extensive multi-lingual/multi-cultural skills, as well as project management, financial, HR and supply chain in depth experience to contribute.

Chris supports companies in the design and implementation of integrated business planning processes. Chris helps businesses deploy pragmatic solutions to deliver their strategic goals, built on a solid understanding of the vital interactions of people and behaviour with the processes and tools. Chris had 21 years of experience with 3M, most recently as European S&OP Process Manager, working with nearly all of their European Business Centres.

Stefan Randholm

Stefan Randholm works with companies all over Europe helping them to achieve a better integration of their business processes. Before joining Oliver Wight, he worked as operations director at Eldon, a multi-national manufacturer of electrical enclosures. Stefan has lived in Spain since 1994 and speaks fluent Spanish, Swedish and English.

Steve's experience spans the full Supply Chain from Product Management, Sales & Marketing, and Distribution through to Manufacturing. With a strong emphasis on Change Management he has educated, coached and driven major Business Excellence implementations that have realised multi-million dollar savings and together with a reduction in inventory have simultaneously reached Class A levels of Customer Service.

His experience has covered many sectors including Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Nutritional Products and Medical Devices. With a focus on continuous improvement and lean principles he has achieve major and sustainable process improvements.

As an Oliver Wight Associate Steve sees his role as bringing his experience and knowledge to clients in realising their own potential through their journey to excellence.

Lloyd Snowden

Lloyd Snowden

Lloyd Snowden has 20 years experience in Operations and General Management gained through senior assignments in the UK and European Rail Industry. He was responsible for three major company change initiatives, the first as Site Manager and the last as Managing Director. Lloyd's implementations focused on integration through S&OP, which enabled the installation of teamwork and hence, harnessed the potential offered through people and changing their behaviour.
