After lunch, Steve Wilson from International Flavours and Fragrances (IFF), Aroma Chemicals, took us through his journey to Class A enabling business understanding and the culture to drive superior performance.

The programme concluded with a presentation by Andrew Purton, President of Oliver Wight EAME, on our forward direction and an update on Oliver Wight’s Strategic positioning.
