The meeting, which is the third and final one for 2002, will again be held at The Hanover International Hotel in Daventry, Northamptonshire, which is easily reached from the M1, M6 and M40 motorways.

Once again, we have an interesting and informative agenda and are happy to announce the return of the discussion panel - 'Secrets of a Successful SAP Implementation' -, which was unfortunately postponed in June.

We start the day with Dave Harkness, Norman Stables and Julian Lowerson from Caterpillar, Peterlee who will describe the fundamental business transformation at CAT - How Class A, Six Sigma and Cell Certification have been combined as a powerful driver for step change business improvement.

Richard Gunston of Smith Aerospace will continue the programme with an insight into the Sales and Operations Planning journey at their Cheltenham site and their response to the impact of September 11th.

Following lunch, we present the discussion panel entitled 'Secrets of a Successful SAP Implementation' where Duncan Banks of Luxfer, Stewart Kelly from Flexsys and Steve Wilson from IFF will recap on the highlights of their SAP implementations and host a questions and answers session chaired by Andrew Purton from Oliver Wight.

The day concludes with two new initiatives from Oliver Wight: The launch of our new Product Portfolio presented by Liam Harrington; The announcement of a new look Proven Path Club for 2003.
