Proven Path Club - Crowne Plaza Amsterdam

The meeting was held on Thursday 27th November at the Crowne Plaza Amsterdam-Schiphol, The Netherlands.

The programme began with Caroline Moon, Global Supply Chain Director at DSM NeoResins who gave a presentation on their journey from Sales and Operations Planning to Integrated Business Management.

This was followed by Michael van der Ploeg, Commercial and Finance Director for Northern Europe at United Biscuits Northern Europe (France).  Michael’s presentation discussed moving from isolated Sales and Operations Planning to Integrated Business Management.

Anthony Dugmore, Total Business Management Process Leader, described the total business management process and the journey just begun at BOC Gases.

The meeting concluded with Daan Boersma, Director LIBM at Leaf International.  Daan told the story of Leaf and how they implemented Integrated Business Management.
