The meeting was held at The Sofitel Brussels Airport.

The programme began with Dieter Möllers, Vice President Supply Chain at Uponor Housing Solutions Central Europe, and Elke Beckmann, Manager, Sales & Operations Planning at Uponor Group, giving a presentation on European Wide S&OP/Integrated Business Management.

This was followed by Sybil Dahan, General Manager at Abbott Laboratories Sverige, who presented Abbott Sweden's journey to Top Ten.

Ian Poulton, Global Supply Chain Director - PPG Aerospace, described the Supply Chain partnerships and improvement at PRC Desoto International Inc.

The programme concluded with Dan Haley, Senior Director - Product, who presented the second part of the presentation made by Andrew Gilchrist in March about how decision making and business performance were accelerated at RJ Reynolds Tobacco Company.
