13 March 2008

The meeting was held on Thursday 13th March at the RBS Williams F1 Conference Centre in Grove, Oxfordshire.

RBS Williams F1 Conference Centre is a unique conference centre located between the M4 and M40 motorways with access to trains to London from Didcot Parkway Station. Once again there is an opportunity to view the Williams F1 Collection, which spans the teams 28 year history from 1977 to the present day. Each of the World Championship winning cars are represented from the very first car designed and built by the team.

The programme began with Trevor Yeoman, Business Excellence Programme Leader at npower, who presented Integrated Business Management in a Service Environment.

This was followed by John Potter, Global S&OP Project Director at SC Johnson, who gave a presentation on how SC Johnson are using the evolved Oliver Wight messages to improve S&OP to Integrated Business Management.

The final client presentation was given by Gert Veenhoven, Business Excellence Manager, and Emiel Eckstein, General Manager, at Theodorus Niemeyer B.V. (British American Tobacco). Gert and Emiel presented their Journey through the 5th Edition to the 6th Edition.

Andrew Purton, Chief Executive of Oliver Wight, concluded the meeting with a presentation on the Oliver Wight Class A Sixth Edition Checklist.
