The
meeting was held at the Kettering Park Hotel and Spa, which is located
just off the A14 near Kettering and within easy access from the M1, M6
and A1; and just 55 minutes from central London by train.
Trevor Yeoman, Business Excellence Programme Leader and Massimo Stanghellini, IBM Programme Manager at npower, started the programme with a presentation on how Integrated Business Management was introduced into npower for the first time.
As a contrast to the first presentation, Dawn Dent, Business Integration Manager at Perkins Engines, will presented how Integrated Business Management was introduced off the back of a prior successful Sales and Operations Planning implementation.
Gerard de Brujin, HBM Leader Continental Europe Business Planning & Forecasting at H.J. Heinz, presented the lessons learned from getting to Oliver Wight Class A (Heinz Integrated Business Management), Sixth Edition, in Benelux, Poland and Germany.
The day concluded with Stef Wilders, Human Resources Manager and Sjaak Griffioen, Senior Business Director at DSM NeoResins, who presented how their company successfully met the challenge of attaining Oliver Wight Class A, Fifth Edition, in all five Chapters.
