The Journey to Enterprise Integrated Business Planning.
Business management is undergoing a silent transformation as it comes to grips with a world where big data, analytics, modelling and artificial intelligence play an increasing role in process technology.

However, whilst improvements in business performance can be enabled through technology, leaders need to recognise that true business transformation is dependent first and foremost on cultural change.  Understanding the journey is critical and this means acknowledging that process improvement is only part of the picture.  Leaders need to set the vision and embark on a cultural evolution to get there.

Les Brookes overviews the key challenges leadership faces in moving to Enterprise Integrated Business Planning - where strategic planning is used to drive the business and where systems support enhanced decision-making across the entire organisation.
