Michael Gray

Mike Gray has almost thirty years manufacturing experience in operational supply chain and consultancy roles, working for a number of food, FMCG and engineering companies. Mike previously worked at Georgia-Pacific, where he was on the executive team as it successfully changed to become one of the first organisations to be accredited against the sixth edition of the Oliver Wight checklist. Most recently his role was as interim manager, supporting change initiatives and improving master scheduling in a diverse range of industries. Mike has experience in supply chain management, production planning and the extended supply chain, and has been involved in a number of Class A projects. Mike has an engineering degree and MBA from Sheffield University.
