Paul ArcherPaul has 20 years experience in operational and general management gained throughout the UK and Europe. Prior to becoming an Oliver Wight Associate, Paul held various senior positions within the Luxfer Group (formally ALCAN). He completed two successful Class A implementations, one as a project team member, when he was Manufacturing Manager and the other as project sponsor when he became General Manager. He now facilitates step-changed improvement at a wide range of organisations, from a variety of industry sectors, throughout the world.
