Kirsty Braines

Kirsty's experience of continuous improvement projects began at British Steel.  She later joined Perkins Engines where she utlised her skills in the implementation of an ERP system.  Prior to joining Oliver Wight Kirsty joined Caterpillar Logistics Services as Global Logistics Implementation Manager where her role included a global roll out of the Class A approach.

Kirsty works with a wide range of organisations, in a variety of sectors, including heavy engineering, the chemical industry, and distribution and logistics. She sees her role as facilitating businesses on their journey to excellence by building in-house expertise throughout the organisation.
