Les’ previous roles include Head of Global Operations for Mercedes High Performance Racing (Ilmor Engineering Ltd) - which designs and manufactures racing engines, including the Mercedes Benz Formula One engine - and Operations Director of Norbar Torque Tools, where he was also the Class A Project Director.
