Dawn KynastonDawn has over twenty years experience in global Supply Chain and ERP management, and has worked extensively in Europe, the Americas and Asia. She previously worked for speciality chemical manufacturer, Flexsys, where she held a number of senior positions, including Demand Manager, Global IT Manager, and Supply Chain Manager. More recently, she worked as an independent consultant, advising on transition services for acquisitions and divestments. Dawn believes team work and effective communication, within a culture of trust, are key to the success of any organisation.
