A powerful workshop engaging a cross-functional team to design a fundamentally different process, once existing paradigms have been challenged and changed, to deliver huge step change improvement in lead times and velocity. In many processes, the non-value added work could represent more than 90% of the lead time, disguised in the Seven Forms of Waste. The principles of waste elimination are presented so that participants can see their existing process from a completely different angle, thereby, having eliminated the obstacles, enabling a fundamental process redesign. The workshop will additionally outline an implementation plan for deployment within 30-60 days.
