Regional Sites
This workshop is designed to take the management team through a series of sessions simulating a period of two to three weeks. During the workshop, they will develop a process for the creation of a vision, a mission statement and functional strategic plans, together with processes for ongoing strategic deployment and alignment of these plans throughout the organisation. “Vision without action is simply dreaming, vision with action can change the world.” Joel Barker
