All companies are on a journey to performance improvement, but many cannot articulate the journey. They are unable to recognise the correct sequence of business development activities and initiatives to ensure constructive build, cultural development and hence sustainability. Following participation in an Oliver Wight Executive course, to provide appropriate context, this workshop helps the leadership team to establish where they are on the maturity journey to performance improvement and plot a path to sustainable improvement clearly identifying the immediate milestones on this journey and recognising the multiple transitions that will be required. This workshop will enable understanding from an Oliver Wight Executive course to be translated into a practical business development agenda that provides the framework, and establishes the journey, for sustainable business improvement whilst understanding the proven approach to the management of change. It will result in a clear understanding by the leadership team of, and commitment to, a long-term deployment of fundamental change within the business to deliver increasingly competitive results.
