Oliver Wight also offers a range of workshops that are designed to accelerate the development of best practice. The workshops are conducted either at the client's premises or at a suitable location, where we provide the expertise in a specified subject matter or area whilst facilitating the development of the business processes.

These workshops are for a maximum of 15 people and can be arranged over a period of one or more days.

The following are examples of typical workshops that have been held:

• A workshop focused on the reduction of lead times in a repair and re-manufacturing facility, that reduced the elapsed time for a complex activity by 90%.
• A workshop with a senior management team which worked on developing a comprehensive vision around the development of their particular value proposition.
