Aligned to The Oliver Wight Checklist for Business Excellence, which has been reviewed as “covering the whole spectrum of business activities, offering an excellent guide to Class A business performance”, the programme has been continually developed to incorporate and reflect the latest developments and best practice to assist companies wishing to achieve effective business management on their journey to business excellence.

We are introducing a new course entitled ‘Managing and Leading the Business for Executives‘, which together with our ‘Integrated Business Management‘ courses, provides a complementary suite of executive education. The new course enables executives and senior managers to understand their business maturity; the style of organisation, culture and behaviours most likely to lead to success; and establish a working environment where change is welcomed and initiated by everyone in the business to ensure that business successes are ongoing and sustainable.

Our ‘Proven Path Implementation Workshop’ has been further enhanced to assist companies in understanding how to structure their journey to excellence using a tested and proven methodology for effective management of large ‘change management’ projects.
