Proven Path Club - RBS Williams F1 Conference Centre

The meeting was held at the RBS Williams F1 Conference Centre, a unique venue located between the M4 and M40 motorways in Grove, Oxfordshire.

Damian Halloran, Director of Operations at Abbott AVD Ireland, started the programme with a presentation on the role of a steering committee within a Class A project.

This was followed by Andrew Gilchrist, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at RJ Reynolds Tobacco Company, who presented how the organisation became more forward-looking by accelerating decision making and business performance.

Paul Adams, Senior Vice President Global Supply Chain at Smith & Nephew Medical Wound Management Limited, presented the company's integrated business process (IBP) and supply chain performance.

The day concluded with Pieter Kruithof, Supply Chain Director, and Geert Jackers, Integrated Reconciliation Manager who presented the journey so far for Farm Frites International B.V.
