Proven Path Club - Russia Meeting

The meeting was held at the Holiday Inn Lesnaya Moscow in Russia.

Daniel Spatz, IBM Process Leader at Mars LLC, started the programme with a presentation on how they implemented Integrated Business Management.

This was followed by Dmitry Kvasha, Manager of OMZ Project Office at OMZ Mining Equipment and Engineering, who described how Oliver Wight Class A was achieved at both CAT and OMZ from a personal perspective.

The programme concluded with Stephen Syrett, Global Catalogue & Forecasting Director at Oriflame Management SA, who presented their Product Fulfillment Project Journey and how S&OP is being applied in direct selling markets.
