The Summit, held in Dusseldorf, Germany on 21st and 22nd May, attracted over 300 leading practitioners and providers of supply chain management from all over the globe. Speakers included senior executives from the likes of Diageo, Proctor and Gamble, Vodafone and Unilever. Meanwhile, delegates were invited to take part in keynote sessions, streamed focus groups, interactive workshops and private one-to-one meetings with peers and partners across the value chain.

Oliver Wight EAME exhibited at the Summit and it was the first time the new branding (launched in April this year) has been used at a public event. The stand was busy throughout the two days and the event has already generated business, says new business development executive, Kuldip Jemahl. “It was a great opportunity to meet senior executives and to network with existing clients. The new stand caught the eye of a number of delegates who stopped and commented on our image and impressive client list, which helped to engage with them in further discussion. We had some very positive meetings and we’ve already booked a private S&OP course as a result.”
